这是雁雁最近自己弄の Apple Crumble哟~

呵呵呵~在这里跟大家分享一下这类甜品の食谱。

其实,做法挺简单。不过就需要些耐心~

APPLE CRUMBLE

准备材料:
1。青苹果/红苹果 Green Apple /Red Apple
2。红糖 Brown Sugar
3。肉桂粉 Cinnamon Powder
4。牛油 (冷的时候切颗粒) Butter(Cut the margarine or butter in to small cubes )
5。燕麦片 Oats
6。普通面粉 Normal Powder
7。核桃碎 (小火炒香/先烘过)Walnuts(Stir fry/baked)

制作方法:
1。苹果去皮切丁,可挤一点柠檬防止氧化变黑。
Cut the apples into small cubes

2。热锅后转小火加一点点牛油,把苹果丁放入锅加入红糖搅拌均匀后盖上锅盖焖10分钟。
Put the apples in to a pan with the sugar and butter, stew for 10 minutes.

3。然后,准备一个大碗。放入面粉,燕麦片,牛油和肉桂粉搅拌。(全部材料搅拌均匀后按碎碎)
Prepair a bowl . Put in flour,oats,butter and cinnamon stir well till resembles an even crumb texture.

4。焖好の苹果,放进一个可烘烤的碗/盘,铺上做法3 の材料搅拌。(不要压太大力)
Apple after stew would be put into a baking pan,place No.3 on it . (don’t press too much)

5。180度C 烤40分钟左右直到金黄为止。(记得先预热烤箱哦)
180°C bake about 40 minutes or till golden.(Remember to preheat your oven)

6。烘好后,按些核桃碎和撒些燕麦片在上面。
After all , put some walnuts and oats on d apple crumble.

温馨提醒。Sweet Remind:

1。把青苹果切片拿来排盘挺美观滴!
Served with some apple slides.

2。再搭配香草口味の冰激凌/奶油(那种超市有得卖一罐能按着挤出来のWhipping Cream)
And some vanilla ice cream/ whipping cream as well.
